Golden Workout (40+) - Full body workout to help increase muscle mass and tone, strength, balance, and cardiovascular health
Women's Self-Defense and Fitness - Staying safe and prepared is the program goal. This 6 week class will teach women how to use their bodies to protect themselves from harm while building confidence and self-esteem
Olympic Boxing Training - Intense training to prepare for Olympic boxing. Daily schedule will include: 8am Morning Run, 1pm - Fundamental moves and punches, 6pm - Sparring
Beginner - Classes will consist of a variety of bag work, footwork and shadow boxing. Participants will experience a variety of core, cardio, and strength exercises
Intermediate/Elite - Classes are for experienced boxers only. Learn advance boxing techniques including foot-work, bag work, shadow boxing, and defense.
