Acrobatic - DANACR

The Acro II class is designed for students who have mastered the basic fundamentals of acrobatics and are ready to progress to more intermediate skills. This class focuses on building strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility through partner work and individual acro techniques. Participants will learn foundational partner stunts, balances, and transitions with an emphasis on proper technique and safety. The class also incorporates conditioning exercises to improve core strength and stability, essential for executing more complex movements. Acro II is ideal for those who have completed Level 1 or have equivalent experience and are eager to advance their acro skills in a supportive, fun, and challenging environment.

PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO ENROLLED IN THREE QUARTERS OF LYRICAL TO PARTICIPATE IN RECITAL. NO NEW STUDENTS CAN REGISTER FOR THE SPRING AND RECITAL SEMESTER.
