Acro I is the perfect introduction to the exciting world of acrobatics! Designed for beginner-level students, this class focuses on building strength, flexibility, coordination, and body control while learning the foundations of acro dance.
Students will be introduced to basic acro skills such as forward rolls, bridges, cartwheels, handstands, and beginning balances-all taught with a strong emphasis on safety and proper technique. Classes also include conditioning exercises and stretches to support skill development and injury prevention.
Fun, supportive, and structured, Acro I helps dancers develop confidence, body awareness, and the essential groundwork needed to progress to higher level Acro II.
Participants are required to participate in 3 quarters to take part in the recital. NO NEW STUDENTS CAN REGISTER FOR THE SPRING SEMESTER!
