Riptides Dive - AQRIPDV

This is the perfect option for divers of all levels. In this group you will build basic foundational skills, balance, coordination, and strength. Once a diver has mastered foundational skills and dives they will begin building up to more difficult dives. Wednesday pool sessions will be taking place at St Catherine's School, NOT Dive RVA.

Tuesdays will be gym days. All divers must be registered for a gym day to be able to attend a pool practice. Participants are only allotted ONE gym session per week.
