Battery Park Summer Day Camp
Our Summer Day Camp program will provide campers the opportunity to improve their social and physical skill sets in a safe and supportive environment while participating in athletic, environmental, and arts programming, going on field trips, and much more! Breakfast and lunch will be served daily courtesy of USDA Summer Meals for Kids Federal Food Program.
*$35 deposit due at time of registration.
*Campers must be 6 years of age or have completed a full year of kindergarten by the beginning of camp. If your child will not be 6 by the start of camp but has completed kindergarten, you will need to visit the community center in person or call over the phone to register.
*Please note that some activities and field trips will require and additional fees and permission slips.
*There will be no camp on June 19th and July 4th.

        *Registration for City of Richmond residents opens February 10th at 9:00 am. Non-city residents will not be permitted to register until March 10th. 
*To receive the resident rate ($350), proof of City of Richmond residency (example - RPS report card, utility bill, rental agreement, etc.) will be required uploads at the time of registration. Please have this ready prior to beginning the registration process.

Optional Online Field Trip Payments: During registration, you can choose to add an additional fee to include your summer 2025 field trip payments up front. You can make payments on this on your online account between the time of registration and the start of camp. Adding field trips at the time of registration is optional. You may also opt to wait and pay for them on site weekly throughout the summer. All field trips are optional.
An additional camp at South Side Community Centers MIGHT be added at a later date pending construction/renovation timelines at those locations.

Charge When Not Billed:
      Optional Add: Field Trip Fee - Will cover all major field trips. (not required; have option to pay weekly per trip at the center)  (Standard Fee):          $200.00 =          $200.00
