Beginner level hands-on series where adults learn to design, create, and personalize projects using Circuit tools. Each week builds confidence with simple step-by-step instruction . . . from basic cutting and vinyl techniques to home decor, iron-on projects, labeling, and beginner product-making to creating with AI.

Learn the magic of the floor loom! Weaving basics will be discussed to help you understand the ins and outs of the weaving process with a focus on proper techniques.

Welcome sewing! We will start with one apparel item and then a tote bag. This will cover basic skills that will open the world of sewing creation to you. You will learn how to choose a pattern, fabric and decorative items that will express your style. You will acquire the construction skills to put it all together and finish the item with a variety of machine and hand sewing techniques. This foundation will allow you to branch out into design and creation in your area of interest. Sewing machines provided or bring your own. Continuing students may work on projects of their choosing.

Aikido is a non-violent martial art that supports wellness, safety and personal growth. Aikido redirects the energy and momentum of an attack to create a technique that doesn't require you to be bigger, stronger, or more destructive in order to defend yourself. Techniques in their basic form result in rolls, falls, and pins but this is a universally accessible/trauma informed practice open to anyone. Students should wear comfortable exercise clothes. (Class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays).

Beginners will learn to “throw” a pot on the wheel, trim, add handles, decorate, and glaze. Veteran potters will learn how to take their skills to the next level and address details to advance their skills. The class includes individual coaching for each student at their level.

The Art of The Pen is a creative and hands-on art class for youth ages 8-16 years old, exploring the beauty of artistic writing styles - from calligraphy to lettering to cursive with flair. This class helps young artists develop their own unique pen style while building confidence, creativity, and you'll learn how to turn letters into something truly artistic.

This informal course is about practical communication, not perfection. It focuses on practical conversation skills and basic grammar. No experience needed - just a willingness to learn and practice greetings, common phrases, and useful commands. The goal is to make you feel comfortable using Spanish in real-life situations throughout your communities.

This course is a dynamic introduction to computer science, designed to ignite your child's creativity while building essential logic and problem-solving skills. Using the fun, visual Scratch platform from MIT, students learn to design and program their own interactive projects, including video games, animated short stories, and digital art. This class is for youth 8 to 15 years old and is in Collaboration with the Pa'lante Family Technology Center.

Create with Paint is all about letting go, having fun, and discovering the artist in you. In this class, participants learn simple painting techniques while exploring their own creativity in a relaxed, judgment free space.

Join us for an 8-week class that helps you feel comfortable using your phone and tablet. Each session offers clear steps to understand icons, explore useful apps, search the internet for your hobbies, and try simple AI tools that let you create stories and images. The class is relaxed, hands on, and supports your curiosity as you learn at your own pace.

Journey is a 9-months program that teaches teens job readiness skills by using performing and visual arts techniques! Teens will learn: Self Discipline* Team Development* Presentation Skills* Critical Thinking* Personal Development* Career Development. Journey also addresses positive and social outcomes in communities through mentoring.

These skills are acquired via the process of producing two theater productions, one in February and a closing production in June.

Journey participants meet on Monday evenings from 6:00 - 8:00 pm and the third (3rd) Saturday of each month, Starting, Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm.

Musical Theater I is an introductory course that will teach students a combination of acting, singing, and dance skills. Students will engage in interactive activities that will expose them to theater techniques. Students will delve deeply into the creative process by learning different Musical numbers that will be performed at the conclusion of the course. This course will encourage them to have an appreciation for performance practices in dramatic arts.
