Participants will learn the basic fundamental skills while having fun! These lessons will work on hand/eye coordination, learning to use proper grips and technique on groundstrokes, volleys, serves, and overheads. Scoring and basic strategy regarding all parts of the court will be learned.

Golden Workout (40+) - Full body workout to help increase muscle mass and tone, strength, balance, and cardiovascular health

Women's Self-Defense and Fitness - Staying safe and prepared is the program goal. This 6 week class will teach women how to use their bodies to protect themselves from harm while building confidence and self-esteem

Olympic Boxing Training - Intense training to prepare for Olympic boxing. Daily schedule will include: 8am Morning Run, 1pm - Fundamental moves and punches, 6pm - Sparring

Beginner - Classes will consist of a variety of bag work, footwork and shadow boxing. Participants will experience a variety of core, cardio, and strength exercises

Intermediate/Elite - Classes are for experienced boxers only. Learn advance boxing techniques including foot-work, bag work, shadow boxing, and defense.

Regular season for the Pickleball League will run from April 16 - May 21 with an end of the season tournament taking place the following two weeks. Matches will take place at Broad Rock Sports Complex, weather permitting. An indoor gymnasium will be used for bad weather days.
Registration fees are $60 per team for City of Richmond residents and $80 per team for non-residents.
League rules will be emailed out to all league participants prior to the first matches.

The Youth Tennis program goal is to develop youth into tennis players. Participants will be taught basic fundamental skills while having fun! Basic strokes will be taught: serve, forehand ground stroke, backhand ground stroke, forehand volley, backhand volley, and the overhead smash.
