Participants will learn the basic fundamental skills while having fun! These lessons will work on hand/eye coordination, learning to use proper grips and technique on groundstrokes, volleys, serves, and overheads. Scoring and basic strategy regarding all parts of the court will be learned.

Regular season for the Pickleball League will run from October 2 - November 6 with an end of the season tournament taking place October 24 - November 7. Matches will take place at Broad Rock Sports Complex, weather permitting. An indoor gymnasium will be used for bad weather days.
Registration fees are $40 per team for City of Richmond residents and $65 per team for non-residents.
League rules will be emailed out to all league participants prior to the first matches.

The Youth Tennis program goal is to develop youth into tennis players. Participants will be taught basic fundamental skills while having fun! Basic strokes will be taught: serve, forehand ground stroke, backhand ground stroke, forehand volley, backhand volley, and the overhead smash.

Conditioning working on developing the physical attributes necessary for peak performances on the court.  It includes exercise and drills design to improve speed, endurance, agility, strength and explosiveness; while also enhancing overall fitness and injury prevention.
