Acro I is the perfect introduction to the exciting world of acrobatics! Designed for beginner-level students, this class focuses on building strength, flexibility, coordination, and body control while learning the foundations of acro dance.

Students will be introduced to basic acro skills such as forward rolls, bridges, cartwheels, handstands, and beginning balances-all taught with a strong emphasis on safety and proper technique. Classes also include conditioning exercises and stretches to support skill development and injury prevention.

Fun, supportive, and structured, Acro I helps dancers develop confidence, body awareness, and the essential groundwork needed to progress to higher level Acro II.

This high-energy Musical Theatre class is perfect for young performers ages 8-16 who love to sing, dance, and act! Students will explore all three disciplines of musical theatre while building confidence, creativity, and stage presence in a fun and supportive environment.

Each week, students will work on vocal techniques, acting exercises, and choreography inspired by Broadway hits and well-loved musicals. They'll learn how to tell a story through performance, connect with characters, and work together as an ensemble.

Whether your child is new to the stage or already loves to perform, this class encourages self-expression, teamwork, and growth as a well-rounded performer. A showcase or in-class presentation may be held at the end of the term to celebrate their hard work and talent!

Note: If your child is 4 years old and has completed a full year of Kinderdance, they will move up to Pre-Ballet I the following season. However, if your child is 5 years old and new to our program with no prior ballet experience, they will begin in Kinderdance to ensure they build a solid foundation.

Pre-Ballet I is designed for young dancers ages 5 to7 who are beginning their ballet journey! This class lays the foundation for ballet by introducing children to the basic principles of this graceful and expressive art form in a fun and engaging way. In Pre-Ballet I, children will explore fundamental ballet positions, movements, and exercises through creative activities. Each class begins with a gentle warm-up that focuses on developing coordination, balance, and flexibility.
