Join us with drumming in the water! This program combines drum rhythms with pool fun. With this high energy aerobics class, let out instructor lead you in making your own beats and rhythms while exercising at your own pace!

This is a deep water, medium impact aerobics class designed to increase heart rate, burn fat, and strengthen muscles. A great workout for abdominals, buttocks, and thighs.

In this class, the instructor demonstrates different strokes, speeds, and lengths to encourage a more varied and challenging workout than traditional lane-swimming, while improving swimming technique.

Lifeguard School provides entry level participants with the knowledge and skills to prepare for the full Lifeguard Training Course, in which participants have the opportunity to obtain their lifeguard certification.

The Richmond Riptides Swim Team is designed to offer a competitive swimming experience to youth ages 5 to 18 years old. Swimmers will have the opportunity to learn all four swimming strokes, build self-confidence, meet new friends, and become stronger swimmers in an exciting and fun environment! The Richmond Riptides Swim Team competes in the Virginia Community Swim League (VCSL), which is comprised of municipally sponsored teams from the Richmond and Tidewater areas, in USA Swim Meets, and local fun meets. All participants must be able to swim the length of a 25 yard pool on their own to be eligible to participate with the team. This program is designed for adults and seniors to learn the fundamentals of kayaking in a heated pool. We are excited for you to come join us!

This program is solely for those with Cultural Roots Group. Our staff will provide instruction and support with comfortability and helping children overcome fear of the water!

Has learning how to lift weights been an interest of yours? You should come join us for a 30-minute Basic Weightlifting Class, followed by 30 minutes of Water Aerobics!

This is the perfect option for divers of all levels. In this group you will build basic foundational skills, balance, coordination, and strength. Once a diver has mastered foundational skills and dives they will begin building up to more difficult dives. Wednesday pool sessions will be taking place at St Catherine's School, NOT Dive RVA.

If you've been looking for a new way to get a full body workout, including strength training, resistance training, grab your swim wear and pool shoes and come join us! Our pool ranges from 2.5feet to 5 feet! It's the perfect depth for all levels of comfort!

Grab your little one or a little one that you adore and your swim gear and come let us guide you to help your tiny person become comfortable in water, while learning water safety skills!

Strike hard, splash harder! Unleash your inner fighter in this high energy water workout that blends kickboxing moves with cardio and core training — all in the pool! Jab, cross, and roundhouse your way through each class using real aquatic punching bags. It's fast, fierce, and fun, with no experience needed!

You should come out and join us for Aqua Cycling! We now have 10 aqua cycles available for use! This class offers a circuit, so everyone will have an opportunity to ride an aqua cycle each class! We are offering a monthly discount for this class! The monthly rate is $20.00 for residents and $40.00 for non-residents. Want to pay per class? There is also an option to pay $10.00 per class for residents and $20.00 per class for non-residents. If you sign up and register for 3 or more classes, the discount will be applied! Please sign up in person and pay via money order.
