This is a deep water, medium impact aerobics class designed to increase heart rate, burn fat, and strengthen muscles. A great workout for abdominals, buttocks, and thighs.

In this class, the instructor demonstrates different strokes, speeds, and lengths to encourage a more varied and challenging workout than traditional lane-swimming, while improving swimming technique.

Is your child interested in swimming during the school year? Has he or she just finished swim lessons and you're looking for more? Well look no further! The Richmond Riptides Swim Team is designed to offer a competitive swimming experience to youth ages 5 to 18 years old. Swimmers will have the opportunity to learn all four swimming strokes, build self-confidence, meet new friends, and become stronger swimmers in an exciting and fun environment! The Richmond Riptides Swim Team competes in the Virginia Community Swim League (VCSL), which is comprised of municipally sponsored teams from the Richmond and Tidewater areas, in USA Swim Meets, and local fun meets. All participants must be able to swim the length of a 25 yard pool on their own to be eligible to participate with the team. Has learning how to lift weights been an interest of yours? You should come join us for a 30-minute Basic Weightlifting Class, followed by 30 minutes of Water Aerobics!

If you've been looking for a new way to get a full body workout, including strength training, resistance training, grab your swim wear and pool shoes and come join us! Our pool ranges from 2.5feet to 5 feet! It's the perfect depth for all levels of comfort!

You should come out and join us for Aqua Cycling! We now have 10 aqua cycles available for use! This class offers a circuit, so everyone will have an opportunity to ride an aqua cycle each class! We are offering a monthly discount for this class! The monthly rate is $20.00 for residents and $40.00 for non-residents. Want to pay per class? There is also an option to pay $10.00 per class for residents and $20.00 per class for non-residents. If you sign up and register for 3 or more classes, the discount will be applied! Please sign up in person and pay via money order.
